Shipping Policy

At Fronkee.com, we take pride in offering high-quality home décor items that add beauty and style to your living space. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or protective materials. If the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery, your return may be declined.

To initiate a return, please email care@fronkee.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Some items such as personalized décor, clearance items, or fragile pieces may not be returnable.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Fronkee.com, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you're not satisfied with an item or received a product that is damaged or incorrect, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make things right.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in unused, undamaged condition and returned in their original packaging. Products that are broken due to customer mishandling will not be accepted for return or exchange.

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at care@fronkee.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any supporting images (if applicable). Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued instead.
